Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme
The programme (FR)
Grant applications must be submitted using the electronic form (eForm) and its annexes specifically designed for this purpose, which will be available on the website of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (https://eacea.ec.europa.eu/intra-africa/funding/intra-africa-academic-mobility-scheme-2017_en).
Only the electronic submission (eForm including annexes) will be considered as the formal valid application.
Additionally, applicants must send by email a copy of their application (eForm including annexes), clearly indicating the project registration number received when submitting the eForm, to the following mailbox: EACEA-IntraAfrica-IntraACP@ec.europa.eu
Only applications submitted by the deadline and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Call for proposals will be accepted. Applications submitted by email only will not be accepted.
The electronic application form (eForm) and its user guide will be made available in February 2017.
For information purposes only, a static version of the eForm is available.
The application also includes the following compulsory Annexes that must be filled in and attached to the eForm:
Annexe 1: Detailed Description of the Action
Annexe 2: Budget and Mobility Form
Annexe 3: List of master and doctoral programs
Annexe 4: Declaration on honour
Annexe 5a: Mandates for the partners (to be completed and signed by each partner and scanned as one document)
Annexe 5b: Mandate for the EU technical partner
Annexe 6: Legal Entity Form
Annexe 7: Financial Identification Form
Only for the applicants that have to submit proof of their financial capacity according to Section 8.1 of the Call for proposals guidelines, the following documents must be sent by e-mail only at EACEA-IntraAfrica-IntraACP@ec.europa.eu together with the copy of their submitted application (PDF eForm and the annexes):
- the financial statements (including the balance sheet, the profit and loss accounts and the annexes) of the last two financial years for which the accounts have been closed;
- the filled in financial capacity form
- an external audit report produced by an approved external auditor, certifying the accounts for the last two years available for which the accounts have been closed. This report shall certify the profit and loss accounts of the applicant organisation, together with the balance sheet and give an assessment of the financial viability of the applicant.
